The item failed to arrive on time, and appears to have been lost in the post. I contacted the supplier to express my concern, and they immediately responded by sending the item again. The service was exceptional, and the items were exactly as described. I am very pleased with the supplier, and would definitely use them again. The postal system gives me less confidence.

The batteries arrived just two days after I ordered them and were exactly what I wanted, with a good saving compared to my local supplier. Recommended.
