The item failed to arrive on time, and appears to have been lost in the post. I contacted the supplier to express my concern, and they immediately responded by sending the item again. The service was exceptional, and the items were exactly as described. I am very pleased with the supplier, and would definitely use them again. The postal system gives me less confidence.

Ordered batteries Sunday and they arrived Tuesday. Can't get faster than that. Excellent price. Company was as good with this order as they were with my last one. Perfect in every way!
