Phonak MyPilot is a sophisticated remote control for Phonak hearing instruments and offers a one-touch program as well as volume control. The intuitive handling and full-color display makes myPilot really easy to use. MyPilot works with the current Phonak Spice range as well as the previous Core range of Phonak hearing aids. Phonak Wireless Compatibility

NB. The Phonak MyPilot will need to be paired to your Phonak hearing aids for it to work. Either you will need to arrange for this locally (you may be charged a fee for this service), or alternatively if you can ship your hearing aids to us we will pair the devices to your hearing aids and return your hearing aids at the same time as the purchased item. There is no charge for this service. MyPilot does not work with all hearing aids in the Phonak range, our suggestion is that you contact us via our webform on the Contacts page with details before purchase and we will advise accordingly.

N.B. The price of this product includes Royal Mail Special Delivery shipping (or Royal Mail International Signed For if ordering outside the UK), there is no additional charge for shipping, and no option to reduce the price by asking us to send by standard mail, this is due to the value of the item.

Excellent service - ordered on Friday - delivered on Monday. Thank you. The "extra advanced" batteries have a 20% longer life than the ordinary ones, and at a cheaper price (than my previous, but one, supplier).
