This Siemens Click Receiver Wire is compatible with all Receiver in Canal (RIC) hearing aids supplied by Siemens and is available in 4 sizes and three power levels. Suitability includes Siemens Pure 701, 501, 301, 101, 700, 500, 300. Also Siemens Centra Active, Cielo 2 Active and Pure Carat.

The Click receivers are backward compatible with the old Grid receivers, if you replace a Grid receiver with a Click version you will also need to order domes suitable for Click receivers rather than Grid. Grid domes are NOT compatible with Click receivers. Grid receivers have been phased out by Siemens.

On the housing of the speaker wire you will see a number which is the size of the wire and either a letter S, M or P which denotes the power of the wire. (Standard, Medium or Power).

To remove the old receiver wire you turn it anticlockwise where it attaches to the hearing aid from 12 o'clock to 10 o'clock. To replace the receiver wire you do the reverse. Here is a video if you are not sure what to do.

NHS Impact R wearers - This product also fits the NHS issue Siemens Impact R. Please note that most Impact R were fitted with the old Grid receiver until February 2012 which have now been superceded by the Click receiver. It is very important that you do not use old Grid domes on the newer Click receivers. If in doubt we advise that when you purchase a Click receiver for your Impact R that you buy a pack of Click domes at the same time, the listing is in our Domes section.

N.B. If you order the wrong size / type of receiver wire but can return unopened and in a re-saleable condition we are happy to replace with the correct item, however we cannot accept opened packets that we cannot re-sell.
