Please take care when ordering that you know what size and type of dome you require. If in doubt please ask our advice or alternatively the company that supplied your hearing aids.

RIE domes are suitable for Dot, Live, Alera and Verso RIE hearing aids (Except Verso RIE hearing aids fitted with a S or HP2 receiver wire with a thin ridged end, these are fitted with a thin tube dome as below). See image below for examples of receiver wires.

NB. RIE power domes (the double mushroom type with a square shank as opposed to a round shank) for hi power receivers need a special tool to remove and re-apply the domes. If you need this type of dome please ask us for the special ReSound Power Dome Removal Tool if you don't have one. Here is a helpful video on how to change a power dome with the special tool. This tool costs an additional £9.95 which we can charge separately.

If you have limited dexterity we advise you don't attempt to change power domes with the removal tool yourself but ask someone for help.

Open RIE domes come in packs of 10, Tulip and Power RIE domes are in packs of 5.

Thin Tube domes are suitable for ReSound Air, ReSound Pulse, ReSound Alera BTE (not Alera RIE), ReSound Live, ReSound Azure, ReSound Plus5, ReSound Xplore, ReSound Ziga and ReSound Essence thin tube products (Not RIE products like Alera RIE or Dot). These domes fit ReSound products where sound is sent down a thin tube as opposed to having a receiver (speaker) at the end that goes into your ear.

Thin Tube Domes are also suitable for Verso RIE hearing aids fitted with a S or HP2 receiver wire with a thin ridged end. See image above for examples of receiver wires.

Open Thin Tube domes come in packs of 10, Tulip and Power Thin Tube domes are in packs of 5.

If you order the wrong size / type of dome but can return unopened and in a re-saleable condition we are happy to replace with the correct item, however we cannot accept opened packets that we cannot re-sell.

It's a good idea if you are unsure of the product to order to look at the picture of the product to the left and measure and compare the diameter of one of your existing domes at their base.
