Siemens ePen - The award-winning ePen is a remote control for Siemens’ hearing systems. Siemens Audiology designed the ePen specifically to meet the wishes of many hearing aid wearers for discreteness. Shaped like a fountain pen, it allows the hearing aid wearer to adjust the volume, change the individual hearing programs or to turn the hearing instruments on and off. A simple tug and a couple of twists are all it takes to set up the hearing system for the desired result. And everything practically unnoticed.

The ePen works with current hearing instruments from the Siemens product lines e. g. Pure, Life, and Motion from 300/301 upwards (not 100/101), and the Nitro BTE's, also Siemens NHS Impact and Impact Pro range (not Reflex). Depending on the degree of hearing impairment, the design preference, and personal needs, this range of devices offers the ideal answer for practically every type of hearing impairment.

NB. The Siemens ePen will need to be paired to your Siemens hearing aids for it to work. Either you will need to arrange for this locally (you may be charged a fee for this service), or alternatively if you can ship your hearing aids to us we will pair the devices to your hearing aids and return your hearing aids at the same time as the purchased item. There is no charge for this service. Please note we can't pair NHS hearing aids to these accessories as NHS Siemens hearing aids are locked and we can't pair or program them. Siemens ePen does not work with all hearing aids in the Siemens range, our suggestion is that you contact us via our webform on the Contacts page with details before purchase and we will advise accordingly.
