Watching television can sometimes be a challenge for hearing aid users. With our TV-DEX, high quality audio is streamed with no delay straight to your hearing aid.
No delays or echoes: The main advantage of the TV-DEX is its real time hi-fi quality sound. You experience TV or audio sound exactly as it was intended - without annoying delays or echoes.
Room Off: With the TV-DEX you can temporarily switch the hearing aid’s microphone off and hear the TV sound only - we call this ‘Room Off’ - meaning you can enjoy your favourite TV programme without unnecessary background noise.
10 hours battery: The TV-DEX delivers up to 10 hours of uninterrupted, top quality TV or audio sound between recharging of controller.
The TV-DEX is compatible with Widex wireless hearing aids. For example, Widex Clear and Dream, Fusion, Passion, Super.
NB. The Widex TV-DEX will need to be paired to your Widex hearing aids for it to work. Either you will need to arrange for this locally (you may be charged a fee for this service), or alternatively if you can ship your hearing aids to us we will pair the devices to your hearing aids and return your hearing aids at the same time as the purchased item. There is no charge for this service. This remote control does not work with all hearing aids in the Widex range, our suggestion is that you contact us via our webform on the Contacts page with details before purchase and we will advise accordingly.
N.B. The price of this product includes Royal Mail Special Delivery shipping (or Royal Mail International Signed For if ordering outside the UK), there is no additional charge for shipping, and no option to reduce the price by asking us to send by standard mail, this is due to the value of the item.
