The Phonak ComPilot brings together the accessibility of wireless connectivity, the convenience of a remote control and introduces for the first time VoiceAlerts, spoken messages, all in one simple, attractive device.

Phonak ComPilot is your perfect 3-in-1 companion, offering true convenience, wireless freedom and the reassurance of VoiceAlerts. ComPilot provides easy wireless access to TVs, MP3 players and phones to name but a few. It guarantees stable connectivity, best voice quality for phoning and keeps hands free. The built-in remote control is designed for ease of use with convenient program and volume changes. ComPilot is the first accessory to offer the benefit of VoiceAlerts making it easier than ever to interact with your hearing aids.

The remote control feature only works with the latest Phonak Spice hearing aids. Phonak Spice hearing aids include Ambra, Solana, Cassia and Audeo S Smart, Naida S and Naida S CRT. Phonak Quest hearing aids include Virto Q and Bolero Q. The Compilot will work as a streamer with other Phonak hearing aids too but without some of the features including the remote control facility. Examples are Audeo Smart and older Core models. The ComPilot will not work with Audeo S Mini or Audeo Mini. Phonak Wireless Compatibility

Phonak TVLink S - Ideal TV experience

The dedicated Phonak TV solution offers a great listening experience. The low latency transmission from TV to hearing instruments and StereoSound provide excellent sound quality. True plug and play and one-step set-up make it ready to go in less than 60 seconds.

The Phonak TVLink S basestation used with ComPilot turns any wireless CORE, Phonak Spice Generation, Spice+ and Quest hearing instrument into a lightweight wireless headset. The TVLink S has a charging slot which is specially adapted for the ComPilot. The TVLink S basestation wirelessly sends audio signals from the TV or any other audio source to the ComPilot within a range of up to 30 meters (100 ft.). StereoSound provides a great listening experience as well as a short transmission delay ensuring listening pleasure even for open fittings.

NB. The Phonak ComPilot does not need to be paired to your Phonak hearing aids for bluetooth streaming to work, you just need to make sure your Phonak hearing aids are wireless compatible. Petite models and CIC's will not be compatible with the ComPilot. However if you wish some of the other features to work, including the remote control features you will need to arrange for the ComPilot to be paired with your hearing aids. Either you will need to arrange for this locally (you may be charged a fee for this service), or alternatively if you can ship your hearing aids to us we will pair the devices to your hearing aids and return your hearing aids at the same time as the purchased item. N.B. The price of this product includes Royal Mail Special Delivery shipping (or Royal Mail International Signed For if ordering outside the UK), there is no additional charge for shipping, and no option to reduce the price by asking us to send by standard mail, this is due to the value of the item.
